Payments & Wallet
Your account has a wallet. You add funds to it, and purchases are paid from that balance. Every top-up, purchase and refund appears in your transaction history.
Yes. The same balance pays for Phone Numbers, Social Media Accounts and Social Growth orders.
Open Wallet in your dashboard and choose one of the payment methods available to you. The supported methods are shown there before you pay.
Refunded amounts go back to your Macha wallet and appear in your transaction history. Whether a purchase can be refunded depends on the product, and the dashboard shows the relevant terms before you buy.
Numbers
A verification number is temporary: you use it to receive a verification code for a service. A rental gives you a number for a longer period when you need continued access, and rentals that support it can be extended.
Codes and messages appear in your dashboard next to the number, under My Numbers.
Availability changes over time. Sign in and open Numbers to see the current services, countries and prices.
Social Accounts
Sign in, open Social Accounts, filter by platform, and choose an available account. The price is shown before you confirm, and it is paid from your wallet.
Open My Social Accounts in your dashboard. Account details stay hidden until you choose to reveal them.
The catalog covers several popular platforms, and availability changes over time. Sign in to see what is currently available.
Social Growth
Choose a service, enter the profile or post link it applies to, and select a quantity within that service's limits. The total is shown before you place the order.
Each order shows its current status in My Orders under Social Growth, for example in progress, partial or completed.
Orders
Each product has its own activity area in your dashboard: My Numbers, My Social Accounts, and My Orders for Social Growth. Wallet transactions list every charge and refund.
Order updates appear in your in-app notifications, and important updates may also be sent to your email address.
Many past orders offer a Reorder option that places a new order at today's price.
